Amazing place! The activities were great, they had a fun zip line and a beautiful pool. The food was really good, we had plenty of options to choose from. , the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The room was a bit noisy, we could hear people in the hallway and in the other rooms. , the AC was not working properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations, providing luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the Spa & wellness centre was a great retreat to relax and rejuvenate, offering a great range of treatments and therapies. the outdoor swimming pool was large, clean and had plenty of sun loungers, perfect for soaking in the sun while enjoying the beautiful garden area.
The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant, where the variety of special diet menus was limited. the breakfast had a delicious range of options for every palate.

The hotel location is great, with plenty of activities. There are many options for both adults and children to enjoy. the food is very good, with a huge variety of options and presentation.
The towels at the swimming pool are poorly managed, causing inconvenience.

I had a great stay at this hotel with friendly and attentive staff. They offered a variety of tasty food and chilled white wine. The hotel facilities were great, including multiple pools, a private zoo, and a night club. The pool areas were always clean, and the hotel had the best location with easy access to transportation options.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with beautiful views all around. the complimentary breakfast and daily room service were an added bonus. We also enjoyed the outdoor activities available, like the nearby hiking trails and water sports. All in all, we had a wonderful romantic escape and would definitely recommend this lovely spot.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent. some of the staff members seemed unfriendly and not very helpful.
